New build: If you are planning to build a new custom home, the first step is designing your dream home with respect to your preferences, budget and building lot’s zoning bylaws. We can help design the layout, exterior and interior, all the features and finishing materials. We can also provide 3D rendering photos and video of the design upon request.
We work with engineers and architects to turn our design into official architectural and mechanical drawings and to obtain building permits. We communicate with our clients every step of the way to ensure we are on the right path to meeting their expectations.
Typically, we handle all the construction for our design projects. However, if you are a builder or already working with a trusted builder, we can be hired as designers only. We can offer our expertise for the entire design process or just the interior design. Moreover, we can act as construction advisors to help the builder execute all the complicated areas of the design, such as unique feature walls. We can also assist with designing front landscaping, backyard, or basement if needed.
Remodeling: If you are planning to remodel your entire home, we can help you design the perfect open concept floor plan and the ideal features by rearranging walls and other structural or mechanical configurations while considering all the limitations, preferences and budget.
