Meet The Founders Future Design Homes was founded by brothers Kambiz and Kamran in 2014. Designing and building unique and quality homes is the two brothers’ passion. They take pride in going above and beyond expectations to create exceptional and luxurious homes for their clients and the community.
Each with their expertise, the duo works together to execute consistent mind-blowing custom builds. With Kambiz's extensive education in architecture and over 10 years of experience in residential construction, he serves as the principal designer and excels in structure development and project management. Kamran, on the other hand, focuses on assisting with the design and permit process, sourcing finishing materials, and overseeing construction management. He also obtained his real estate license in 2016, allowing the pair to offer comprehensive services that cover all bases. Kamran is an expert in real estate, mortgages and logistics like business planning, accounting, customer service and digital marketing.
Over the early years, the brothers personally performed all the custom framing, carpentry, flooring, drywall, painting, kitchen installation, and other tasks. Their hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of every single trade skill have allowed them to be more creative when designing homes and to execute them perfectly. Their combined and individual skills work in perfect sync to handle everything from A-Z.
